Hi Phil,

It will slightly depend on trim and a couple other factor's including the head flow and exhaust manifold etc, but here are some rough estimates.

This is assuming an RB25, it will be different for other capacities.

2835 - approx 2800rpm, comes in a R trim which spools up quicker, very good for the street, produces a decent amount at the wheels, a very popular choice

3037 - the largest choice while still remaining street drivable, more laggy than the 2835, but will support and extra 100+hp worth of airflow, expect around 3800rpm on a decent setup. Great for big power, and not too laggy on the road.

Both me and Steve(who has moved to adelaide) are doing a very similar build, with a 3037 on an RB25. If you need any info then PM us, I can get a custom exhaust manifold made quite cheap, compared to Jap brands etc, so let me know if you need anything.
