Building An Engine - Advice Needed.

I am in the process of buiding a RB28 or a RB26 engine and Hi Octane racing offers a engine building kit called "RB28 Complete Stroker Kit For RB26". The kit has the following:

TOMEI Forged 8 Counter Crankshaft

TOMEI Forged Piston Kit

TOMEI Forged H-Beam Conrod

TOMEI Oil Jet Spacer

The kit retails for $8409.

I am aiming for 1000hp+ region. Planning on running a HKS T51 SPL or a Garrett GT 60 turbo.

Which of the above is more value for money?

If I supply the above to a workshop (ie CRD), roughly how much would they charge to put it all together and tune the engine? I will supply the intercooler, oil pump, fuel pumps etc.

Advice given would be much appreciated.
