Had my car dyno tuned yesterday. Made 220rwkw as the boost was spiking all over the place up in the high rev range. Look at the wastegate actuator and the bloody thing is moving in and out when it hits boost!

Now i have a HKS GTRS with all the supporting stuff! new manifold/fuel system/plenum etc.. i made 240rwkw before i had the cams/manifold/plenum installed. so why would there be a loss of power? i thought even on lower boost settings i would pull around 240rwkw and on big boost around 270 or so? has my motor become too efficient for the turbo with the cams and maxing it out as a result?
