I think my car takes about 3.7 litres or so?

does using this increase the oil capcity past 4 litres?

no will only increase capcity by about 100-150ml ,

comes with everything , adpatper to engine block , hose's & clamps , fillter adapter/bracket , new coppers oil fillter.
