Where Can I Get My Brakes Done?

I need to get my master cylinder seals replaced before any of the events in January....just wondering if I need to go anywhere specific because of it being a Skyline!

Any recommendations? as I don't really want to trust some random workshop....espceically with the replacement parts

Are you doing it yourself? When I first got my Skyline my seals were shagged, I went to Perth Brake Parts and picked up some new ones for about $1-2 each.

Dunno....me and dad just bled the system and its a little better now, but I think some seals need replacing, plus the cap off the top of the refill reservoir.

Was it easy to do yourself?

Bleeding an car with ABS takes a bit more work than non ABS so get it done at a shop or find a shop manual.

just as a side note make sure its just the seals that are shaged and not the actual tunnel otherwise new seals wont help that much and youll need a new master cylinder or my prefered option a stainless sleeve

Since we are on this topic does anybody know what it mean if I feel like im stamping on the breaks all the time just to slow the car down?

7yphon get it checked by a brake specialist .. abs units fail n cause hard pedals also
