Only thing wrong with the car is the manual gear box... Thrid gear synchro is showing signs of wear when shifting hard

and 4th gear feels sticky to shift in and out. Gearbox has had this issue for the last few years and has never gotten any worse.

timing belt done 3 yrs ago including all bearings and the water pump.
